Due to cultural property survey work, the Tobira-e Room (Door Paintings Room) within the Hoshokan Museum will be closed for the entire day from Wednesday, July 22, to Thursday, July 23, 2026.
(The Tobira-e Room is a gallery space dedicated to recreating the original interior colors and door paintings of the Phoenix Hall as they appeared at the time of its founding.)
